Our Leadership Team

Ivaylo Slavov
CEO and Founder

Ivaylo Slavov is a Corporate Executive, Serial Entrepreneur, Strategic Investor and Advisor specialized both in developing start-up and established organizations with 30+ years of international experience in the fields of Information Technology, Financial Services, IT-Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing and Flexible Workforce Management Solutions. With a proven track record of driving innovation and growth, he has shaped the company’s vision and strategy. From the outset, he envisioned a company that not only provides investment and strategic guidance, but also embraces innovation as a driving force for sustainable growth. Prior to Finance Partner, Ivaylo spent 20+ years in different managerial roles at BULPROS (now DIGITALL), Microsoft, Adecco, SEB, Unisys, Comparex (PC Ware) across EMEA. Under his leadership, BULPROS became one of the largest in the Bulgarian IT sector and among the fastest growing technology companies in prestigious rankings such as Deloitte’s reports “Technology Fast 50 Central Europe” and “Technology Fast 500TM EMEA” as well as according to the Inc. 5000 Europe, Financial Times 1000 Europe and others.

In addition, Ivaylo is board member of several business organizations and associations such as AHK German-Bulgarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Burgas Free University and a member of the Board of the Vocational High School for Computer Programming and Innovation in the city of Burgas. Ivaylo Slavov is one of the founders and was a board member of the Association for Innovation, Business Services and Technologies (AIBEST). Prior to AHK, he was also a member of the Board of Directors of the AmCham and co-chairman of the AmCham Digital Economy Committee.

Denitza Mihova
Head of Operations

Denitza Mihova is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, PR, IT Services, Solutions and Products, Professional Services, Business Process Outsourcing, and HR. She has extensive expertise in Marketing Strategy and Management, Product Marketing, Event Management, Brand Management, Employer Branding, PR & Communications, and Digital Marketing. Over the years, Denitza has a proven track record of building global corporate brands from the ground up. Her experience includes creating brand and corporate identities, developing internal and external Brand and Communications strategies, aligning marketing strategies with corporate goals, and leading operations to ensure full alignment with all stakeholders.
Additionally, she has also expertise in leading Transition and Transformation communications both internally and externally in times of mergers and acquisitions, leading multiple rebranding projects involving complex brand architecture structures. Her experience includes 13+ years in BULPROS (now DIGITALL) as one of the co-founders, where she led Marketing and Corporate Communications within the BULPROS Group of companies through seven mergers and acquisitions and a workforce of more than 1,300 employees located in 19 offices in Europe and North America.

Since 2023, Denitza has been operationally supporting the development of Finance Partner and leading the Marketing, PR & Communications Department at Easy Consult. Her current focus is on rebranding and redefining Easy Consult’s corporate identity to position the company as a premier Flexible Workforce Solutions Partner. Denitza’s strategic vision and operational expertise are instrumental in driving both companies toward sustained growth and market leadership.

For his entrepreneurial success and significant contribution to the development of the IT sector, our CEO – Ivaylo Slavov has won numerous awards, including twо Audience Awards and three nominations for the Top 10 Managers of Bulgaria in the “Manager of the Year” contest, organized by the Manager magazine and the consulting company Deloitte. In 2021, he won the special People’s Choice Award at the Forbes DNA of Success Awards.
